Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data — name, email, and authentication details. Workspace content — the projects, documents, meeting notes, files, and other material you or your team put into your workspace. Usage & diagnostics — logs, error reports, and product-usage signals used to run and improve the Service. Billing — handled by Stripe; we receive subscription status and a customer reference, never your card number.

How we use it

To provide the Service: hosting your workspace, running the AI features you invoke, sending the emails you or your enabled automations initiate, and supporting you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace content to train AI models.

AI processing

AI features send relevant workspace content to our model providers — currently Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (embeddings, transcription) — solely to perform the requested processing. Under their API terms, they do not train their models on this data.

Where your data lives

Infrastructure subprocessors: Supabase (database, storage, authentication), Vercel (application hosting), Stripe (payments), and our email providers (Resend for outbound, Postmark for inbound). Every workspace is isolated at the database layer — access is scoped to your organization's members.

Retention & deletion

Workspace content is retained while your subscription is active. After termination it remains exportable for 30 days and is then deleted in the ordinary course. You can request deletion of your account and workspace at any time by emailing us.

Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and session state only — no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-scoped per organization, and administrative access is limited. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you without undue delay.
